How can we help you?
Unpaid Invoices
When customers stop paying, we step in. We act quickly to recover outstanding invoices using a proven combination of legal demand letters, negotiation, and if needed, court proceedings. We understand the importance of cash flow. Our goal is to resolve matters quickly and cost-effectively.
Unpaid Rent
We assist commercial landlords in recovering rent arrears from defaulting tenants. Whether you are dealing with a terminated lease or ongoing default, we can help enforce your rights under the lease and pursue recovery.
Judgment Enforcement
Already have a court judgment but no payment? We specialise in turning court judgments into real outcomes. We will advise you on the most effective enforcement method, whether it is wage deductions, seizure of assets, charging orders, or other legal tools, and carry it out for you.
Construction Contract Recovery
We assist contractors and subcontractors with payment claims under the Construction Contracts Act. Whether you need help issuing a valid payment claim, enforcing a payment claim, or commencing adjudication, we provide clear guidance and effective representation.
Bankruptcy Advice
When all other options have been exhausted, we advise on bankrupting individuals who refuse to pay. While bankruptcy is a serious step, it can be a powerful tool to recover money or force a resolution. We guide you through the process and ensure all legal requirements are met.
Liquidation Advice
If a company owes you money and refuses to pay, we can help you initiate the liquidation process. We assess whether a statutory demand is appropriate and guide you through every step from issuing the demand to applying for liquidation. Our aim is to secure payment or position you for a potential dividend return.
Contractual Debt Recovery
We advise on enforcing contractual rights when someone has not fulfilled their side of the bargain. Whether it is a supply contract, service agreement, or other commercial arrangement, we help you enforce your terms and recover what you are owed.

Debt collectors cannot represent you in court.
If legal action is required, they must refer the case to a lawyer. You will then need to pay the lawyer’s fees in addition to the collection costs.
Debt collectors only take cases they believe they can recover.
If the case is difficult or the debtor, most debt collectors will not proceed. Their focus is volume and make fast commission.
Debt Collectors take a significant cut
Most debt collection agencies charge a commission of 25 percent to 45 percent of the recovered amount. This is on top of any legal fees if a lawyer becomes involved.
